Sports massage helps athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. During a sports massage we will focus on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.

Deep tissue massage works on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body. It helps lengthen and release muscles that frequently feel tense and get stuck in uncomfortable holding patterns. This type of massage can be effective for all types of musculoskeletal conditions, from muscular injuries to headaches and stress.

Currently, we accept payments only via Bank Transfer. Our bank details will be provided in your confirmation email or available at our premises before or after your massage.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for you to relax, complete any necessary paperwork, and discuss your needs with Nicole before your session begins. If you are more than 15-minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

Convenient off-street parking is available right in our driveway on Clemow Road. You can view where to park on Google Maps.

Please be aware that 24-hours notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, or no show for your appointment, you may be charged the full amount of your appointment.
